Ages: Rising 7th graders
High Jump equalizes access to education for Chicago middle school students who have exhibited academic ambition and potential and who are of limited economic means. High Jump provides tuition-free academic enrichment, counseling and support to students of diverse backgrounds, with the goals of sending our participants to superior college preparatory schools, ensuring their success while they are there, and enhancing their ability to gain admission to highly regarded four-year colleges and universities.

Talented 10th College Prep Mentoring
Ages: Elementary, Middle School, High School
The Talented 10th Mentoring provides up to 160 high school students (mentees) per year an overnight college shadowing experience with a College student (mentors). The high school student shadows the college student to class, social events, athletic activities and they eat and sleep in the dorms. The high school students also attend workshops on admission, financial aid and learn about other college essentials. Talented 10th also provides STEM leadership programming for 4th-8th graders and college tours.

Money Locker is a safe, convenient and accessible alternative for unbanked or underbanked teenagers (13+) in urban Chicago to save, spend and borrow money. It is a credit union for teens, led by teens, using messages targeted at teens—working on-site in partnership with proven financial literacy programs within established school and after-school environments.

Polished Pebbles, an Illinois Gold Star rated mentoring program, is a Chicago-based mentoring initiative that increases the communication skills and employ-ability of young women for the future workplace.
